Description

Used Pasteurizer Tetra Pak 6000 L/h

Tetra Pak pasteurizer year 2015 type CS-SR, on SKID.
The pasteurizer consists of 3 stages, one of which is for recovery.

– Process speed at 20-60 hl / h with inverter
– Pasteurization scheme 0-85 °C, break time 30″, in production at 20° C cooling with modulating water valves.
– Siemens S7 PLC with network card for connection to the company network and remote control with VPN.
– Automatic washing system with liter-counter and fully automated priming with sensor of conductivity Endress Hauser.
– Automatic sterilization with a recipe that can be set on a certain day and time to be there so the machine is ready for the wine.
– Liquid presence sensor, liter counter, process temperature under control with alarms and recirculation in case of non-maintenance of the process set by the recipe, with deviation system for an error-free pasteurization process.

When heated to the right temperature and stored for the appropriate period, the product can continue its path out of the pasteurizer. If not, a signal is automatically sent to the diversion valve, and the product is diverted to the tank for recirculation.

Characteristics

The feed pump is from the cellar department, so it has been disassembled, but any centrifugal or lobe pump or whatever you prefer, based on the location of your storage tanks for the product to be pasteurized, is sufficient.

The machine was disassembled in working condition and kept under cover from the elements.

The developed software is delivered together with the sources to be able to modify it at will, even if we believe it has all the necessary controls to keep the process under control even when it goes out of parameters and thus allow to package only compliant product.

Options of this Used Pasteurizer Tetra Pak

The machine is in excellent condition and has many options such as:

1) Inverted flow control (to make the pasteurization period much shorter and save energy)

2) Automatic verification system of the sanitizing liquid (where you check exactly if you are throwing away the product or instead only the liquid you use to make the CIP)

3) Automatic alarm system for possible temperature errors (which allows the product that has not reached the required temperature to return to the pasteurization circle for reasons such as sudden production stops, energy blackouts or other similar events that do not help to finish the pasteurization process according to the established recipe)

4) Remote control tele-assistance system

5) CIP automatic start and stop washing system

6) Inlet filtration of the product from 10 to 2 microns with 7) bypass system to avoid pasteurization if the product does not require it.

7) Stainless steel cover of all the filters of the different pasteurization phases (to protect the operator)
