    Used Isobaric Filling Triblock AMS Ferrari 12-16-1 Testarossa ISO 16 Beer 2500 Bph

    Available for mid-May 2021

    Double pre-evacuation is possible but as an option. We bought the bottling machine with 1 pre-evacuation + cam and cylinder in order to be able to add the second one in the future, if necessary.
    We had the foresight to have a longer cam than the standard one installed on the machine for pre-evacuation in order to make the vacuum suction time last longer and thus remove more air.
    After starting to use the bottling machine and having done various analyzes for the oxygen pick-up, it was decided not to activate the second pre-evacuation.
    To date, however, it is possible to add it without particular problems: just install the cam and the cylinder and enable the machine program for double pre-evacuation.

    TRIBLOCK 12/16/1, mod. Testarossa ISO16, with isobaric filling, for a production of 2,500 bottles / hour in a 0.5 Lt round glass bottle, consisting of:
     N. 1 rinsing carousel with 12 clamps, one function
     N.1 isobaric filling carousel with 16 valves
     N.1 1-head capping turret for the application of the crown cap

    GENERAL CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

    Base with carousel support plate built in carbon steel covered in aisi 304 stainless steel sheet, mounted on a frame built entirely in aisi 304 stainless steel;
    All parts of the carousel structure placed in the work area and in contact with the
    product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel;
    Synchronized motorization of the work carousels with a single gear motor operated by
    inverter with display and speed variator on the control panel;
    Centralized lubrication;
    Transmission composed of gear wheels in PLASTIC material to reduce noise
    during the operational phase of the machine;
    The container handling devices (loading and unloading stars) are controlled by safety microswitches;
    System that can be completely sanitized by carrying out the washing cycle from the inlet tube
    product and discharging disposable from the filling valves. All the parts that come into contact with the liquid are suitable for sanitizing with chemicals, steam or hot water;
    Electrical panel in aisi 304 watertight box with operator panel (TOUCH SREEN) for management
    functions and visualization of the same on display;
    Management of machine functions from PLC;
    Electronic bottle flow control, machine stop in the absence of an inlet load e
    clogging at the outlet.
    Accident prevention protections according to CE regulations with machine stop sensor;
    Nr. 1 Complete equipment for cylindrical bottle format.
    Nr. 1 Complete equipment formed by an aluminum screw cap
    Nr. 1 Use and maintenance manual in Italian, CE certification.

    CONSTRUCTION FEATURES RINSE STATION

    Composed by:

    Rotating carousel with 12 pincers, fixed structure and twist supports completely built in stainless steel.
    The grippers consist of two movable arms with cam opening and spring closure.
    Washing circuit pressure regulator.

    CONSTRUCTION FEATURES 16-valve ISOBARIC FILLING STATION

    Rotating carousel, fixed structure and cam supports completely built in stainless steel.
    Annular tank for filling valve feeding made of polished stainless steel a
    mirror in the parts in contact with the product with electronic level control probes
    product.
    N.16 Isobaric filling valves built entirely in stainless steel composed of
    liquid opening valve, air discharge valve, pressure relief valve, valve opening lever and level straw. All couplings are free from threads in order to make the valve unit perfectly sanitizable.
    Electronic device for the constant maintenance of the counter pressure in the tank.
    Pneumo-mechanical lifting jacks with cam return. All bushings
    sliders are made of self-lubricating plastic material.
    System that can be completely sanitized by carrying out the washing cycle from the product inlet pipe and discharging one way from the filling valves.

    CONSTRUCTION FEATURES SINGLE HEAD TURRET CROWN CAP:

    Top of the turret:

    Automatic VIBRATION cap feeder in AISI 304 stainless steel for capsules with
    Ø greater than height.
    Descent channel in AISI 304 stainless steel, complete with distributing head.
    Distribution of the cap with Pick & Place.
    Nr. 1 capping head for crown caps.
    Pneumatic group consisting of 1 puff solenoid valve; 1 Pressure reducer with air filter
    Electric junction box mounted in the upper part of the capper.
    Device for manual adjustment of the height of the capping head.
    All supports and shafts on the machine that could come into contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
    Star with 10 compartments for the transfer of bottles in a gentle way, avoiding excessive shocks to the
    product.

    Transmission group with intermittent.

    The analysis of the dissolved oxygen content in the beer is <0.100 mg / L both before and after the bottling process.
    This value also represents the minimum detectability value.
    Considering also the SO2 content present in beer, oxidation problems have never occurred.
