Used Blow Molding Machine for PET Siapi EA2S with 5 Cavities year 2011 3L – 5L up to 3500 bph
The blow molding machine is a Siapi, 5 cavity, linear. Also the preforms are loaded into the machine and taken by the grippers through the neck. 5 preforms are blown at a time, and the nominal speed of the used blower Siapi is 3500bph.
Currently for the design of the containers the customer works at a speed of:
- 3200bph with the 3-liter format and 3000bph with the 5-liter format.
Basically the machine is always impeccably keeped, regularly overhauled and maintained according to the specifications of the manufacturer company and is desmantled in perfect working condition.
The Siapi used blow molding machine is an excellent compromise between quality and preformance required for production.
What is included:
All the spare parts are available on the market and therefore it is easy to maintain and put in production.
The blow molding machine has a preform loader and a preform orientator and is therefore complete with its accessories.
There are not Chiller and compressor which must be added to the basic equipment.
Power of the equipment depend both from the weight and the sea level location of the warehouse of production. Used linear blow molding machine is a machine that is usually used for low speeds of production. But in this specific case the speed on the 5-liter format is interesting and sought after on the second-hand market.
The bottle molds are not available because they are registered, so both the 3-liter and the 5-liter. But these must be designed and produce with first a pilot mold to check the connection with the HP circuit and Cooling system.
Siapi used linear blower is a very compact equipment and requires little space to be assembled, basically easy to be use.
