When the bottle passes under the corker, an internal air suction, a nitrogen injection, and another suction create a vacuum between the cork and the wine, preventing oxygen from entering. In this step the dust and the residue from the cork stopper are removed externally with an extractor.
When the door of the machine is opened, a fan pushes out with a jet of air any external element that could enter inside. This guarantees the total hygiene of the machine, also keeping it dry, avoiding the formation of mold due to humidity.
Accident prevention protections are all present and also any machinery manuals. The bottled product from this line is purely still wine in glass bottles in sizes of 0.375; 0,75 and 1.5 L.
