The KUKA KR 180 PA used palletizing robot guarantees an extremely efficient palletizing process. The advantage of this “palletizing expert” over conventional robots lies primarily in its application-specific FEM-optimized kinematics.
The mechanical arms of the used Automatic Palletizer Robot are made of carbon fiber composite material (CRP) for truly remarkable acceleration. Despite its lightweight construction, the boom has extremely high stiffness characteristics, allowing the KR 180 PA to stack loads of up to 180 kg at heights of up to 3000 mm.
Standard used palletizer robots are known for their greater reach, greater load capacity and greater acceleration capabilities. In addition, the range of potential applications is expanded due to the significantly increased flexibility of the robot. In addition, the latest generation has significantly lower maintenance requirements and thus higher availability.
Currently the used Palletizer Robot is connected and ready to perform operations.

The machine palletizes bundles with film of 12 or 6 pieces but by adjusting the gripper it can also palletize cartons of 24.
The space required is very limited but its efficiency is very high.
