The machine is in good general condition in terms of maintenance and use.
In general, it does not require, at least visually, extensive maintenance, from verification made on
our archives, the customer has acquired very few components over time and not functional
groups, has independently provided for maintenance.
The machine has worked in automatic cycle for only 712h, needs a general cleaning especially
in the toggle part, movement bottoms and ironing, at least from what you could see, here are
some general considerations on the status of some fundamental groups:
• press and toggle are in good condition,
• planned progress does not highlight particular criticalities,
• ironing in good condition, recommended replacement of gaskets
• blowing system we recommend the replacement of blowing valves and maintenance of pressure
reducers
• transport in good condition, in particular straps and gearmotors do not show any particular wear
• oven requires cleaning, to be evaluated if necessary replacement lamps (they are expensive as
Adphos with NIR technology
• preform load, we recommend maintenance of skids and cylinders even if there are no particular
problems
• container unloading, recommended evacuation belt replacement even if it is not particularly
critical
