The syrup room is in excellent condition, almost new, barely used

One Sugar dissolving tank with pasteurizer and filtration
One Sugar loading screw conveyor
Two 10,000 L tanks
Two 20.000 L tanks

One walkway connecting silos

ONE DISSOLUTION TANK:

10,000 L capacity, the tank is composed of the following components:

1. Conical manhole top cover
2. Pasteurization and filtration system for sugar solution
3. Central cylindrical plating
4. Cone-shaped bottom;
5. Square support feet;
6. Vertical agitator group;
7. Supply pumps

ONE LOADING SCREW ELEVATOR:

12.000 kg / h flow loading screw to be used to load crystalline sugar. It is composed of:

. Easel;
. Loading screw;
. Motor / gearmotor group;
. Protective grid

ONE PASTEURIZER 2500L / h:

Pasteurizer made of AISI 316 and 304 steel components:

1. Plate heat exchangers;
2. Thermoregulator tool;

5. Pneumatic diverter valve;
6. Thermal stop;
7. Volumetric pump;
8. Hot water dispenser;

FOUR PREPARATION TANKS: two with 20.000 L & two with 10000 L of capacity

Cylindrical tanks in AISI 304 steel are positioned vertically. The tanks are composed of:

. Square support feet;. Vertical axis agitator group;
. Venting

The staircase and the entire walkway are made of AISI 304 steel
