Used Mbf Bottle Filling Machine 2006 – 18/18/1/1
This Mbf filling Monoblock consists of the following:
1) An 18 gripper rinsing machine with single treatment. Grippers electronically variable in height.
2) A filler with 18 low vacuum taps in bell. The bell of the filler has electrically variable height. Mechanical spring bottle lifting pistons. Taps level adjustment through central rack.
3) 1 head satin cork corker/capper with vacuum and gas before closing
Electrically variable head height.
Mbf pneumatic cap feeder with long autonomy hopper.
4) Capper 1 head aluminum screw for cap 30 x h60 with vacuum and gas before closing
Base frame made of painted iron and with stainless steel casing.
Safeguards on the whole machine perimeter.
Bottles enter from the left.
Production about 3000 bottles an hour.

Machine has not been revised totally, but was overall checked from a mechanical, electrical and pneumatical viewpoint.
All seals have been replaced on the filler.
With existing bottle and cap formats.
