Water treatment technology – offered separately
There is a complete technology for water treatment (reverse osmosis, mineralizer, ozonator and other ancillary equipment.
There is a buffer tank, stainless steel 3000 L (Contact tank O3, part of water treatment equipment).
Complete technical documentation, wiring diagrams, instructions for handling and maintenance, manual with all spare parts (including order code) and service maintenance records.
Line Maintenance
The line, including all accompanying technology, is regularly maintained and as such ensures safety in the processes for which it is intended. General inspection and preventive maintenance of the complete line was done twice a year, and every month control and disinfection of the line.
Replacement of worn parts (bearings of electric motors, conveyors, washing brushes, drive of washing brushes, pneumatics, packaging grippers, electric solenoid / pneumatic valves )
Lubrication(pneumatic cylinders, bearings, conveyor sliders)
Washing and disinfection (mechanical washing, alkaline washing twice a year, fine cleaning of all elements and disinfection once a month of the complete line).
General Information
The required space for the Used Bardi Water Filling Line, including the manipulative space is approximately 180 m2. The required height of the hall is 5-6 m.
The line records the total number of filled packaging, now 4.3 million bottles in 14 years of operation with 16 hours per day on average.
