Line Maintenance

The line, including all accompanying technology, is regularly maintained and as such ensures safety in the processes for which it is intended. General inspection and preventive maintenance of the complete line was done twice a year, and every month control and disinfection of the line.
Replacement of worn parts (bearings of electric motors, conveyors, washing brushes, drive of washing brushes, pneumatics, packaging grippers, electric solenoid / pneumatic valves )
Lubrication(pneumatic cylinders, bearings, conveyor sliders)
Washing and disinfection (mechanical washing, alkaline washing twice a year, fine cleaning of all elements and disinfection once a month of the complete line).
