Used Adhesive Labeler P.E. Universal M 8T
The PE rotary adhesive labeler can apply both adhesive labels and glue labels. In this specific case the machine applies the adhesive ones and therefore an adhesive station corresponds to each label. This allows you to apply a minimum and a maximum of dimensions that are usually specified by the manufacturer both for the adhesive station and for the PE rotary adhesive labeler.
How it works:
In correspondence of each adhesive station we always find a slide on which the adhesive groups rest and these are different types:
In particular, they can have 3 or 5 axes depending on the different inclinations of the labels with respect to the bottle.
The central part of the machine is composed of an oil bath cam in which the paints slide. These can be normal or shaped plates or with the notch centering on the bottom. If necessary they can be replaced by an electronic cam with movements under each plate.
However, this means that the entire electrical system and the machine board must be rebuilt. There may also be optical centering connected to the electronic cam.
In the lower part of the machine there are gears and motors, in the upper part there are the bottle housings (plates). The rotary labeler rotates in phase with the screw for the mechanical introduction of the containers called COCLEA. Round and square bottles fit correctly into the machine and are labeled.
There are photocells both before and after entering the labeller which also provide electrical consents to operate the commands.
The operator panel is analog, easy to use and intuitive with all the functions well specified. The operator will have ease of use with this type of panel and this allows less hassle or problems during production.
Each bottle format has its own dedicated equipment to convey them into production.
