RINSING SECTION :
TOP OF THE ROTARY RINSSER
- S. SLAT CHAIN CONVEYOR
Body fabricated out of pre-polished S.S. Sheets, of 8’ length for carrying empty bottles to water rinsingnozzles and rinsed bottles to the Filling Machine.
BOTTLE GRIPPING HEADS
The gripping heads hold the bottles by neck. The bottle carrying grippers are supported by carousel thatby turning makes the grip lever arms slide on a
fixed helical guide. In this way the bottles areturned upside down to have the openings atthe bottom to coincide with spray nozzle.
AIR CLEANING PROCESS
The bottles when rotated are brought into theline with the fixed nozzle in such a way thatits opening partially contains the nozzle. Airjet cleaning air sprayed inside the bottle forpresettime.
VACUUM PROCESS
The bottles when rotated are brought into the
ine with the fixed nozzle in such a way that its openingpartially contains the nozzle. Air is vacuumedwhichcontains dust & foreign particles inside of bottle.
TWO STAGE CLEANING PROCESS
The machine will perform 2 stages of cleaning and ensures complete cleaning of the bottles frominside.1st Wash will be perform with high pressure compressed air, for eliminating dust particlesfrom the bottle. Provision compressed air is in customer’s scope.
2nd Wash will be perform to vacuum the present air inside the bottle.
Thorough cleaning of the bottles will be perform as per the above description and ensures that dust& foreign particles have been eliminated and there will no contamination at the time of filling theproducts into bottle.
FILLING SECTION :
TOP OF THE ROTARY FILLER
The main turret of the machine is connected to the main gear placed inside the body. A tank of S.S. is fittedon top of the turret which holds 70 filling nozzles. The 70 nos. of spring loaded lifters are tightened betweenthe main bracket and the bottom of the tank of the machine which are holded by two S.S. Rings. The rinsedbottles are picked by lifters from the neck & take the bottle to the mouth of the nozzle for filling. Themovement of the lifters is controlled by cam which is placed at the bottom of the product tank.
TOP OF THE SCREW CAPPER
The unit will be provided with 15 sealing heads made from high carbon high chrome steel precision machined, dulyhardened, suitable for tightening one size, shape, diameter and height of the caps. The unit is provided with rotating capreleaser which picks up the caps from the releaser and tightens caps on the necks of the bottles. The entire top rotatingmechanism will be covered by a S.S. Dome with a door at the back for cleaning, greasing and oiling purpose.
AUTOMATIC CAP FEEDER
Machine will be fitted with a suitable Hopper / Disc Feeder for automatic feeding of caps onto the bottlenecks throughcap chute & shoe mechanism. The Cap Feeder will be operated by a separate motor of Cap Feeder stops as cap chutefilled upto a pre-set level and start again when the level decreases.
CHANGE PARTS
The unit will be supplied with one set of change parts, suitable for one size, shape, diameter and heightof bottles and cap.
