Depalletizer

This used Vir Mauri Automatic Depalletizer of the model A100 comes with an automatic pallet storage, meaning it handles pallets automatically with two full pallets waiting. 

The maximum workable height is about 2 meters, but can also work with almost half height of 140 cm. 

The rotating arm is capable to auto adjust its height. It has safeguards and is also equipped with a perimeter barrier: it blocks the machine in case the doors are opened, or the operator enters the machine.

It has plexiglass protection to prevent insects or dust from falling into empty bottles.

Vir Mauri Monoblock

The Vir Mauri Cornerblock speedy 32 \ 32 \ 8 complete monoblock consists of an internal blow molding machine for bottles with 32 valves, which is followed by a high vacuum filler with 32 valves, and finally an 8-head aluminum screw capper. Its machine pitch of 113 cm allows for the processing of multiple formats of different sizes. The direction of its rotation is clockwise.

Safeguards and machine manuals are all included. The bottled product of this line is pure oil in the formats of 0.10 L, 0.25 L, 0.50 L, 1.00 L.

It uses high vacuum filling with a fixed nozzle and a traditional valve.

The type of cap used is the 8-head aluminum screw cap.

Vir Mauri Inspector

This 2000 model is able to check the product level and the cap, the internal product and any residues inside the empty bottle. Featuring laser sensors, it can reach speeds of 8000 BPH and up.

ABL Cocito Labeling machine

It has two adhesive stations and 12 heads and a bottle locking system at the entrance to make production uniform with the entire used line. Step labeling machine used 113. The whole system is manufactured by Vir Mauri. The American-type cardboard is formed by the Minerva HM 500 model which is then transported in the Medusa 2T model case packer. From here it is transported full of oil bottles to the Vir mauri Ira Hot melt model carton box.

The closed carton continues its path on the roller conveyor to then be labeled.

Manufactured by SMI (model LSK30T + oven: ST2000), it utilizes a tray system with heat shrink filmand automatic PLC system, from SMI.

Palletizer

The line ends with a Virmauri A 120 Palletizer from 2000 in excellent condition, which arranges the packs in such a way as to orient them on the pallet and make everything ready to be packed.

The speed of this complete line reaches 8000 BPH on standard formats. The dimensions vary from a minimum of 0.10L to a size greater than 1.0 L. The height of the processed bottles varies between 15 cm and 30 cm.

Spare parts are not available for each machine in the line. The last maintenance carried out dates back to a year ago.
