Description

Used Weightpack Filling Monoblock 2009

This is a used filling monoblock built in 2009 by Weightpack. It reaches a nominal speed of 15,000 bottles per hour.

The processed formats are 250, 500, 750, 1000 ml in PET or glass bottles. The direction of rotation is clockwise.

The machine has all its necessary safeguards. All user manuals and revision documents are also available. It also has various spare parts.

This machine bottles currently edible oil in glass or PET bottles, currently this used filling monoblock is in production for this type of product.

The rinser has 24 grippers, the filler has 28 valves and fills by weight with net weight scales; it has a fixed nozzle type.

The capper has 8 heads for Pilfer proof caps of 31.5mm and 24mm. While the measures of the plastic cap are 36mm x 29mm.

The machine has been equipped with an additional slide to be able to process 31.5mm x 48mm caps (big capsules) and is aligned with the Nortan capper.
