Used Still Wine Bottling Line For Sale 14000 BPH – 2002

The bottling line for sale as a whole, considering every component, is very well maintained. Clean and without obvious or compromising signs of wear.

It processes different formats of still wine, including the following: Bordolese and Magnum Cork 375/750; Magnum screw cap 1,5; Bordolese 750 screw cap and Bordolese Grandivini / Renana.

It is fully automatic in the processing of glass bottles in the formats listed above.

This bottling line for sale has all the necessary safeguards, respecting all European safety regulations.

Each used bottling equipment that makes up this line has its respective spare parts kept in an excellent condition and in order. There are manuals and layouts available on request for the entire line.

It is currently at a standstill but ready to be connected to carry out operations and possibly be viewed.

Components:

The line starts with the Bortolin Kemo automatic depalletizer model Depalterm SP/02/V;

Having the characteristic of being the first made with the film cutter, the modifications were first tested and developed on this machine. The operator loads the platform onto a roller conveyor and can hold three full pallets.

The operation consists in cutting the first floor by a rotating blade which cuts the top at the height of the flap, thus keeping all the bottles compact. The transfer of the floor onto the internal conveyor belt.

On the first floor, the pallet has a manual flap picker to remove the flaps. On the next floor, with a blade, that cut the nylon and suck. The machine separates all the flaps and pallets, so it has a magazine for them.

Bottle washer:

All the chains, the belt loading motors and the Teflon-coated guides for the descent of the bottles have been replaced. It is a unique machine, as at the request of the company it was made of stainless steel already in 1987.

The machine is in perfect working order despite its age. Spare parts are not included as part of the sale; but they are readily available on the market.

Wine filling monoblock

Filler model ENOICA with 72 atmospheric valves with a vacuum inside. Fully automatic used bottling equipment, with the bottles in a clockwise direction, from left to right. It has a working capacity of 14,000 BPH. It has a gravity filling tap. With two vacuum pumps, one for low vacuum, one for high vacuum.

This used filling monoblock is equipped with a corker for straight corks (model Delta) and an aluminum screw cap capper for still wine.

Cork feeder and screw cap feeder:

When the bottle passes under the corker, an internal air suction, a nitrogen injection, and another suction create a vacuum between the cork and the wine, preventing oxygen from entering. In this step the dust and the residue from the cork stopper are removed externally with an extractor.

When the door of the machine is opened, a fan pushes out with a jet of air any external element that could enter inside. This guarantees the total hygiene of the machine, also keeping it dry, avoiding the formation of mold due to humidity.

Accident prevention protections are all present and also any machinery manuals. The bottled product from this line is purely still wine in glass bottles in sizes of 0.375; 0,75 and 1.5 L.

Microfiltration system:

It was manufactured with two housings, with the addition of a third, from 0.8 microns and 0.45 microns. All the water that goes to a machine is first filtered with its own soda injection system to carry out cleaning after the filters, without damaging the cartridges.

The dosing system for hyperacetic acid was designed to soak all three housings daily for cleaning. The recipe cycles for automatic washing are all interfaced with the filler that automatically sends hot, cold or steam water according to the required setting.

Inspector:

Bertolaso ​​model Push 210 was manufactured in 2002. Checks the presence of both the minimum and maximum levels, and rejects, into an external area, bottles that do not correspond to the parameters of the calibration performed automatically with the previous 20 bottles. Also checks if there is a cap/cork present.

Capsuler:

Used capsuler Robino e Galardino Poker Z9-16, where 9 are the heads of the heat shrink capsuler and 16 for the metal foil heads, so it can work in two types of formats: heat shrink capsule or poly-laminate capsule.

It is an automatic machine with automatic head positioning system both for distribution and for each individual head. It has all the motorized parts below and all the processing parts above. Equipped with a Venturi automatic capsule ejection system. Comes with an automatic storage of several drawers with unloading on the mat. It has mechanical cams and automatic centering with compressed air .

Labelling machine:

Sacmi Opera 400 AD – 20 heads, with 4 individually working labelling groups; it has 4 single stations, 4 different applications. It can also work in primary-secondary, 2 front and 2 rear. Self-adhesive electronic cams.

It has a brushless motor system with the ability to create any type of rotation; and through the on-screen control panel, you have the ability to control all this.

Inside it has a smart 130i laser marker, with a safety system. If an operator opens the doors and puts his hands inside, the laser stops immediately to avoid hurting the operator. During the incision.

The boxweight checker logic at the crater’s output checks if there is a separator inserted and if there are any broken or not fully inserted bottles.

This machine is part of a complete wine filling line and has been regularly checked. Regular maintenance has been performed and it comes with spare parts.

The used labeller is in very good condition.

Case Erector:

This used Case Erector is of the brand Bortolin Kemo. It is a high-speed automatic machine for erecting cases and gluing bottom flaps with hot melt glue.

The machine performs fully automatic box opening, folding, gluing and pressing of the bottom flaps. To erect perfectly square cases, special tooling is used.

Case erectors can be combined with case feeding units to increase their loading capacity.

Case Packer:

Bortolin Kemo case packer model IAM 3T AP TEST AUT from 1997, makes 3 boxes of 12 bottles or 5 boxes of 6 bottles. Automatic adjustment, according to the program, widens and shrinks the heads according to the formats. It can automatically insert the baskets. The insertion of the bottle must be guaranteed in every single cell.

Case Sealer

Bortolin Kemo Model Mara H.M. from 2000. Works with a box of glass bottles with wine inside and seals the package to ensure the airtightness of the packaged product. This machine applies glue using the Nordson 3400V gluer.

Palletizer

A Bortolin Kemo palletizer model PAC 2000 from 2005, in excellent condition. It arranges the packs so that they orient on the pallet and are ready for packing.

Fully automatic, with the formation of the plane to be unloaded first by layers, the boxes are loaded only in the long way spaced and pushed. An automatic system unloads it on a tray of a pallet.

Possibility of selecting programs and the type of work from the touch screen panel, easy creation of new programs. Automatic pitch insertion that goes from the first floor to every single floor through a pitcher. The warehouse that can hold up to 15 pallets, load unloaded. It has the ability to automatically change the size of the pallet. A roller conveyor transports the pallets that rotate them and takes them to the loading area.
