    1. Introduction to the Washing, Grinding and Pressing Line

    The Filling line for Juice bottling line begins with the washing, grinding and pressing phase. The JK400 Tipper Box Pallet is essential in the Filling line for Juice for the efficient transport of raw materials, while the JP600 Washing Machine ensures thorough cleaning. The JT 1500×400 inspection strip allows for quality control of the fruit before grinding. The JM6000 Fruit Mill, equipped with an elevator system, is crucial for the effective grinding of fruits.

    2. From Grinding to Pressing

    The next step involves the Gamma 80 Pump with screw and casing, which transports the pulp from the mill to the press. The EBP 650 Single Track Press is designed for optimal juice extraction. The 100 L press juice tank, with filter and level switch, ensures efficient collection in the Filling line for Juice.

    3. Juice Preparation and Cleaning in the Filling line for Juice

    This stage includes a 2600 L tank for receiving and processing the juice, which is critical for preparing the juice for bottling and chip washing. The 200mm JF3000 self-cleaning filter, with Euro 30 pump, ensures the cleanliness and efficiency of the process.

    4. Pasteurization, Hot Filling and Cooling

    The gas Pasteurizer mod.PK 1100 RWT, with a capacity of 800-1100 L/h, takes care of pasteurization. The BB20 semi-automatic bag in box filler and the PS4 Bottle Filler, capable of filling 500 bottles per hour with 6 stations, represent the heart of bottling in the Filling line for Juice. A 300L buffer tank sits between the pasteurizer and bag-in-box filler, ensuring a continuous flow of juice.

    5. Packaging and Labeling of the filling line for Juice

    Also included in the Filling line for Juice are a small table for empty packaging, a large one for full packaging and flotation filters. Furthermore, there is a cooling tank for glass bottles and bag in boxes, with a temperature indicator, which guarantees optimal conservation of the product. Finally, it is important to underline the presence of a semi-automatic single-label labeling machine for bottles.
