Used PET Complete Bottling Line for Water
Description of the Used PET Complete Bottling Line for Water revised in 2018:
This Water bottling line can work with both PET and glass containers.
In this configuration, we only have the complete PET line, but we have the filling triblock that can work with both plastics and glass therefore in the future if you want to make glass work too, just introduce some machinery and you can also make this type of production in this Water bottling line.
The Water bottling line can process both still (non-carbonated) and carbonated water;
Therefore if in the near future, the owner decides to also produce carbonated water, just introduce a saturator and it will be possible to start producing water with gas as well in this Water bottling line.
How this line is composed:
Used PET Complete Bottling Line for Water:
1. SIPA blower 8 linear cavities complete with nr. 2 moulds lt. 1.5 and 0.50 litres
2. 40 bar low and high-pressure compressor unit and chiller.
3. Pneumatic air transport of blown bottles up to the filler.
4. Neck grab bottle Rinser unit.
5. Isobaric filling monoblock for bottles. (Pet and glass) in the Water bottling line
Cortellazzi brand 60/12, 60 filling valves and 12 capping heads for crown cap.
6. Arol capper 10 heads for plastic screw cap bott.
7. Rotary Hot Melt labeller
8. SMI shrink wrapper complete with shrink oven automatic in the Water bottling line
9. Handle applicator for the application of the handle on the bundle.
10. Automatic palletizer for bundles and cartons
11. Film wrapping machine on pallets
12. Full conveyor automatic for the Water bottling line

The used Water bottling line is in excellent condition and ready immediately for sale but we usually suggest improving the pre-sale maintenance services to assure very good performance.
