Used Palletizer Mondo & Scaglione model P6 45/60

The Used Palletizer Automatic type year 2010 is already dismantled and immediately available for sale.

First four photos and the video are taken directly by the manufacturer to view the assembled and working machinery.

Features:

We can find carton conveyors with motorized rollers in the machine inlet; and, spacers installed between the row preparation rollers, pneumatically controlled and create spaces between the boxes. That happens when required by the plan configuration.

How it works:

An electro-pneumatically controlled rotation device orientates the cartons by 90 °, when required from the palletizing configuration.

Used palletizer Push with electromechanical control for transferring product rows and for moving off the floor in the palletizing head.

Intermediate table to hold the rows of cartons before they are pushed into the gripping head.

Palletizing head with side compaction guides electromechanical controlled e lower platform, with opening in two directions, with electromechanical control. This system allows the product on the external perimeter, leaving empty spaces inside the plan when necessary.

Main structure with double column on a solid base with height-adjustable supports. Inside the column there are counterweights for balancing. The Pallet conveyor with motorized rollers inside the machine do not have the interlayer magazine, in order to divide the different lines of the carton layout so can be added in the deal incase of need.

“Touch-screen” display of Mondo Scaglione is for checking machine functions, format changes and display of any anomalies.

The Used Palletizer is equipped with an electrical system, electrical panel with low voltage controls, devices of safety and accident prevention devices and managed by PLC Siemens S7 series.

In case of additional equipment is increased, the PLC organization and electrical panel system receive this signal for synchronization.

Dismantled in perfect working condition, light maintenance is suggested before start working.
