Description

Used Olive Oil Processing Line 350 kg-h

Technical Details and Operation

Toscana Enologica Mori manufactured the Used Olive Oil Processing Line 350 kg-h in 2001, providing a complete solution for continuous olive oil production. The line integrates several machines that work in synergy, promoting efficiency and continuity throughout the extraction process. With a nominal production capacity of 350 kg of olives per hour, this system suits medium-sized oil mills aiming for consistent and reliable output.

Structure and Line Components

This Used Olive oil Processing Line includes six main machines, each performing a specific role. Every section optimizes oil quality while minimizing downtime through a continuous and automated configuration.

1. Olive washer with integrated screw conveyor

The process starts with the olive washer, also produced by Toscana Enologica Mori in 2001. First, the machine removes impurities like soil, leaves, and debris, ensuring clean olives for crushing. Then, the integrated screw conveyor transports the olives automatically from the washer to the crusher, maintaining uninterrupted and controlled flow. Consequently, the washing and transport phases work seamlessly to guarantee efficiency.

2. Hammer crusher (Crusher)

The hammer crusher from 2001 breaks the olives and transforms them into paste using a hammer-based system. Furthermore, the crusher uniformly crushes the olives, which maximizes oil extraction in the next phase. In addition, the system optimizes the paste’s particle size to enable oil droplets to coalesce effectively during malaxation. As a result, this phase lays the groundwork for efficient oil extraction.

3. Malaxer (Malaxer unit)

The malaxer, integrated with the crusher, plays a key role in the production process. It mixes the olive paste at a controlled temperature, promoting the separation of oil droplets from water and solids. Moreover, temperature control ensures the preservation of the organoleptic properties of extra virgin olive oil. Consequently, the malaxation stage is essential for maximizing oil yield while maintaining quality.

4. Decanter for pomace expulsion with integrated screw conveyor

The decanter functions as the core of the separation process. This centrifugal system, designed by the same manufacturer in 2001, separates oil from pomace and vegetation water using density differences. Meanwhile, the integrated screw conveyor continuously discharges the pomace, keeping production consistent. Therefore, the decanter plays a crucial role in ensuring steady and efficient oil extraction.

5. Oil collection tank

The stainless-steel tank at the decanter’s outlet collects the oil while preventing contamination. Thus, it guarantees safe oil collection and transfer to the final filtration and storage stages. Additionally, its design facilitates easy cleaning, which helps maintain hygiene standards throughout the process.

6. Cellulose filter Jolly 10

The cellulose filter completes the final step before storage. Specifically, the Jolly 10 model, designed for fine filtration, removes micro-impurities and solid residues, producing clear and stable oil. In turn, this stage ensures that the final product meets quality standards. As a result, the oil leaves the filtration system clean and ready for storage or sale.

Efficiency and Continuous Production of this Used Olive oil Processing Line

The Used Olive Oil Processing Line 350 kg-h guarantees continuous production by integrating all processing stages into one automated system. Therefore, its optimized configuration reduces downtime and enhances oil extraction while maintaining high standards of quality. Moreover, the design of this line ensures that operators can easily manage each stage with minimal intervention.

In conclusion, this Used Olive oil Processing Line provides a comprehensive and technically advanced solution, making it ideal for oil mills seeking efficient and reliable production.
