Used Monopump Filling Machine Bünder Schmitt 2017
Fully automatic monopump filler type MFR012. The bottles are separated at the machine inlet by an inlet screw and transferred to the inlet star. This then passes the bottles to the middle star where the bottles are filled in a circular flow. The filling tube sinks into the bottle and the filling process begins. The filling is carried out in such a way that the filling tube is slowly moved freely out of the bottle as the product level rises. At the outlet, the filled bottle is taken from the outlet star and transferred to the conveyor belt. The machine is equipped with a rinse program and an automatic rinse tub whose outlet is controlled by a disc valve. The storage tank is equipped with Lechler nozzles for CIP cleaning. The temperature and the level in the storage tank can be monitored as far as documented via the touch panel.
The performance of the filler is 230 bottles / min with 450ml bottles of ketchup. The machine is fully equipped with electric and pneumatic control, as well as all-round cover made of Sekurit glass and the doors are secured by switches.
The drive technology is from the manufacturer Stöber and the pneumatics from Festo. The control takes place via Siemens SPS S7. All open screw heads in the filling area are designed as hexagon.
