Used Krones Complete Dairy Filling Line 2011

This bottling line has been designed to fill the following products:

• Milk-based products (flavoured milk, white milk, ambient yoghurt, cream, protein drink)
• Iced tea
• Fruit juices

Technical Information:

• Milk (up to 3,8%) – standardly used to fill cream with fat content of 33%
• Pulp, pith – max. 10%, no fibres
• Particles 2x2x2 mm, possible to squash, no cores
• Filling temperature – 20°C
• Content of CO2: 0,0 g (no sparkling water – or would require a filler upgrade)
• Foaming – no or low foaming (the highly foaming products are possible to fill with decreased performance)
• Filling accuracy – according to Gauss curve: Sigma=1,5ml at 500ml, 2ml at 1000ml
• blow moulder is rotary type, 8 forming stations, 8 heating stations, moulds are included (1 litre, 0,5 litre), high-pressure compressor with dryer is included (Atelier Francois), chiller for forms neck cooling is included, neck diameter is 38mm
• The volume range of the filler is from approx. 150ml up to 2 500ml. The height of the bottle can be from 130 to 346mm. The filler type is volumetric.
• 40 filling valves
• Capper is Servo controlled and it has 16 capping stations
• We have confirmed by external laboratory shelf life of 7 months
• All piping needs to be flushed with hydroxide then acid and then flushed with water. Final sterilization is done by steam and sterile water.

Blower – Contiform S08 Filler – Aseptic filler

This aseptic filling line includes the following machines:

• Blowmoulder – heating Owen for preheating and blowing machine to blow preforms
• Injector – to clean PET bottles from inside and outside with peracetate acid
• Rinser – to flash out PET bottles with sterile water and dry them out with sterile air
• Filler – to fill bottles with product
• Capper – to apply caps on the bottles
• Checkmat – to check the proper amount of the product inside the bottle and to check correct application of the cap
• Process control system – control system of the line
• Sleevematic – to apply shrink sleeves onto the bolltes
• Shrinkmat – shrinking of the sleeve film
• Modulpal – to make six-packs (pack bottles)

    • Hygienic centre – to prepare cleaning agents
    • Sterile water machine
    • CIP unit

The machine was installed on the premises in 2011. It was put into operation in 2013.

The filling line capacity is 12 000 bottles per hour. We have two bottles shapes 1L and 0,5L. Filling volume is adjustable up to 2 L – a change of the volume would need to change the bottle design.

The last service intervention was finished at the beginning of 2019 so the machine is in great condition.
