Description
USED automatic blocking unit mod. 54/72/12/8, essentially consisting of 4 modules:
a) Rinsing module mod. IDRA 54 pliers fixed nozzle
b) Isobaric filler module mod. ELETTRA 72
c) Capper module mod. DELTA 812 R / S with 12 heads for cork stopper satin neck and sparkling wine
d) Capper module mod. 8-headed SIGMA 508 for a cap format aluminum screw
The machines are complete with:
Existing bottle accessories, capping heads, long auger and accessories for interface with wire hooder
Use and maintenance manuals
Tank test certificate for the isobaric filler
Stars with adjustable compartments (Bertolaso patent) to allow movement of cylindrical bottles having a diameter in a range of 50 mm (from 55 to 105 mm).
The adjustment of the width of the spaces of a star is carried out by operating a manual device.
We can supply extra parts accessories for bottles not included in the range of 50 mm of the adjustable stars. (Rinser – filler – corker – screw capper).
