Used Complete Pet Line Sidel 1995
SIDEL PET production line for carbonated mineral water with efficient performance 16,000 BPH 1.5 litre, low 1881 cork.
The machines of the following used bottling line can also be offered with pre-production maintenance.
This could make it possible to improve the efficiency of the line which today is about 80% of the rated speed.
The machine brands it contains are primarily international and still all on the market as spare parts.
Composition
1. Blow moulding machine model SIDEL model SBO 16/16, with cooler and 40 bar compressor. Year of manufacture 1995.
2. A set of air conveyors for PET bottles, corresponding to the productivity of the line. Year of manufacture 1995.
3. Triblock brand SIDEL model 44/100/12 – rinser – formed by 44 pcs. Bottling – 100 pcs. Capper – and AROL – 12 pcs. Year of manufacture 1995.
4. Elevator for loading and feeding the screw plastic cupper to the bunker of the filling unit.
5. Saturator model SERVINOX with 10,000 l water storage tank. Year of manufacture 1995.
6. Labeling machine brand PE Labellers model FUTURA 16 T with a paper label for hot glue, of the year of manufacture 1995.
7. Double-row packer type OUEST (SIDEL) model TSM 30 of the year of manufacture 1995.
8. The used line has a TWIN PACK handle applicator, model METE 728-10 of the Year of manufacture 2010.
9. NEWTECH palletizer complete with stretch film wrapper, of the year of manufacture 1995.
10. A set of plate conveyors with storage tables and an accumulation system of the year of manufacture 1995.
The equipment of the PET line is in good technical condition, it is offered as it is at the time of inspection without service and warranty obligations from the seller.
