    Description

    Used Isabaric Complete Glass Line for Beer, Sparkling Wine, Still Wine 2200 bph

    Composition:

      1. Pasteurization tunnel
        Measurements: length 6.85 m, width (including electrical panel) 2 meters, height 1.87 m.
        Measurements conveyor belt (useful surface for loading bottles) length 6 m, width 1 m, height max bottles inlet 30 cm.
        N6 steam-heated tanks with n°6 inspection / cleaning manhole covers, n° 6 nozzle feeding pumps with pre-filter, manual and automatic tank temperatures control, conveyor belt speed regulator, automatic conveyor belt locking system for overflow at the outlet, air knife to eliminate drops of water on the cap, extractor hoods to eliminate incoming and outgoing steam.
        Utilities: 1 steam inlet with automatic valve and timer (opening at a preset time), 1 compressed air inlet 6 bar, 1 water inlet 3 bar and power supply 380v 3p + n.
        Hourly capacity with bottle type XLNSS 2300 bott / h and with bottle 75 cl type BACCO TC OAK 1500 bott / h.
      2. Isobaric filling triblock, year 2000, model Cerma 20/20/1,  overhauled and guaranteed with pre-evacuation of self-leveling and flaring, new head for crown cap 26 or 29, pre-evacuation system restored to new, complete maintenance of jacks and taps, maintenance of central filling manifold. It is possible to add an automatic cap loader and cap presence photocells, a motorized conveyor belt system, a complete line of inverters to make all the machines in the line work in unison, a heater with speed of 2500 b / h for changing bottle temperature to avoid condensation before the labeling phase.
      3. 3-station adhesive labeler for front / back labeling / collar with marker for pallet lot and vintage.
        Working height from 180 to 360 mm.
