Used Filling Triblock ENOBERG up to 5500 bph
Enoberg Triblock 24/24/6/6
The ENOBERG triblock is a significant innovation in the bottling sector. Equipped with 24 clamps in a single-treatment rinser, this machinery ensures superior cleaning effectiveness. Its height-adjustable clamp carousel offers unprecedented versatility in adapting to different bottle sizes. Consequently, the ENOBERG triblock up to 5500 bph is an ideal option for flexible production.
Filling Station with 24 Light-Pressure Taps
The ENOBERG triblock’s filler features 24 taps operating at light pressure. This unique feature minimizes the risk of product oxidation. Filling occurs directly onto bottles via a pump, without a bell, increasing efficiency and reducing waste. Furthermore, the height-adjustable filling bell and movable filling taps, rising and descending on the bottle via a cam, offer precise process control.
Stability and Cleanliness
In the ENOBERG triblock, bottles remain stable on the carousel base without lifting, ensuring greater stability during the filling process. The system includes dummy bottles for cleaning the filler and taps, an intelligent solution for maintaining high hygiene standards.
5-Head Aluminum Screw Capper
The ENOBERG triblock’s capper, with 5 heads for 31.5 x H 44 aluminum screws, is versatile and adaptable for Guala pressure caps. Caps are distributed through an alveolar centrifugal dispenser, ensuring high precision. Additionally, the height-adjustable capping head allows further customization of the process.
5-Head T-Cap Capper
Another feature of the ENOBERG triblock is its 5-head capper for T-caps. This component shares the same centrifugal cap distribution technology and height-adjustable head, highlighting the machine’s versatility and adaptability to different cap types.
Construction and Safety
The frame of the ENOBERG triblock is constructed from painted iron and then clad in stainless steel, ensuring durability and longevity. Safety guards around the entire machine perimeter are a crucial aspect to ensure safe operation. The bottle entry is positioned on the left to optimize workflow.
Performance and Maintenance
With a capacity of approximately 5,000/5,500 bottles per hour, the ENOBERG triblock is a highly productive solution in the bottling sector. The machine is in excellent condition and was used until about 5 months ago, demonstrating its reliability and ease of maintenance. Manufactured in 2006, the ENOBERG triblock up to 5500 bph remains a valuable asset for any company in the industry
