Used filling monoblock for oil, still wine and spirit type high vacuum OCIM 10-20-4
Used filling monoblock for oil with air rinser, filler, capper brand OCIM 10-20-4 aluminum screw cap.
Formats processed and speed: speed 3,500 bottles/hour for 1 L and other bottles of different formats and sizes.
This monoblock can work with bottle sizes from 250ml to 1000ml both round and square bottles. All formats need to be built from scratch in case of request.
Includes format for 1 liter round bottles, accumulation inlet tank for product feeding.
Dismantled in working condition after final production of Sept 2021.
Technical description:
The filler of this series was built in various versions with cylinders of different capacities.
These can vary from 1000 cc. up to 5000 cc.
Depending on the production required, they are equipped with more or less valves, according to:
Composition, density of the product and type of filling required.
This used filling monoblock is particularly suitable for fluids or semi-dense foods or non-food products such as: edible oils, minerals, etc. and different technologies can fulfill these needs.
Both the top and the bottom are easy to access and therefore maintenance is not a problem.
The spare parts of the used monoblock are easily available and therefore there is no difficulty in purchasing them.
This oil filling monoblock is in storage and ready to be loaded.
