Description

Used Filling Monoblock Ferrero ISO 4/4/2C 500 BPH year 2018

The monoblock is assembled on a single base and made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel. It can be assembled on 4 pivoting wheels, to have the possibility to move it to the desired position or on foot. It guarantees 3 processing options on a single base; first internal bottle rinsing, then filling and capping. 

This monoblock has been designed to serve the packaging of fine sparkling products; that is served in bottles with crown caps with a diameter of 26 or 29 mm. 

Internal bottle washing also with product recirculation, isobaric filling max 5 bar, closure with 26 and 29 mm crown caps. 

The filling is of isobaric type; it is suitable for the filling of sparkling drinks such as beer, sparkling wine, sparkling wine, sparkling water and sparkling drinks. 

The right flow of product into the tank, which has been tested up to 5 bar is managed by means of the two level probes. Its walls are 8 mm thick and the 2 side covers facilitate its access for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance. 

The filling inside the bottles is anti-foam thanks to the deflector ring; so that distributes the product evenly along the walls. 

Comes with a management panel. 

All bottle loading and unloading phases between rinser, filler, and capper; are carried out by the operator. 

Two operators can manage all stages of bottling. 

Technical Features:

After adjusting the height according to the bottle (following the instructions in the technical manual) the bottles or even just one bottle, is placed on the plates. 

The 2 pneumatic levers with manual control are brought upwards; the corresponding cylinder will lift the bottles up to bring them towards the taps that will open.  At this point the filling cycle starts. 

The level of the product is adjustable through the included accessories(spacers of various heights). 

The machine can be stopped at any time by bringing the plates to rest position by moving the 2 levers. 

Filling time is variable depending on the capacity of the bottle. 

Plastic parts and all the gaskets are made with materials that comply with the directives on the filling of liquid foods. 

The standard version filler is designed to use and manage an external pump (not supplied). 

The capping unit has 1 descending cap transport with cap sealing head for cap Ø 26 mm crown.
