Meanwhile, a Siemens control unit manages the system, offering consistent quality and reliability. The monoblock measures 400x200x250 cm, thus providing a compact yet complete setup for industrial operations.

 Carbonation

In terms of managing sparkling water carbonation, the line includes an Emrich 4″x13″/2 carbonizer. This setup enables uniform product saturation and supports continuous production.

 Labeling and Marking

A Labelpack model 102845AD labeller, Etima type, manages the labeling system, precisely and reliably applying labels. Additionally, a Videojet type 1580 inkjet printer handles product marking from a mobile stand on castors, enabling flexible placement along the line. Thus, the printer provides clear, durable printing and integrates seamlessly into the line with its compact 90x80x135 cm dimensions.

 Conveyor Belts and Wrapping Systems

As for product transportation, two Paxona brand conveyor belts ensure smooth, uninterrupted movement along the Filling Line ENOBERG. Moreover, a Giemme Altair 70 P90 shrink wrapper completes the production cycle by wrapping the bottles securely for transport. Consequently, this system protects bottles and prepares them for immediate shipment.
