PET Bottling line for Mineral Water, consisting of:
* SMF Optima 8 Turbo PET Stretch blow moulding machine (2017)
– including: preform loader, DRH-310 preform box tippler and HT25A water chiller
– 500ml and 2L cavity blow moulds with quick mold changeover system
– Neck personalisation: 29/25
– Output capacity: 14,000 bph @ 500ml and 10,500bph @ 2.0L bottles
* Z Italia roll-fed labeller (2017)
– Output: 15,000 bph on current change parts, capability between 10 and 72,000 bph depending on change parts and label design used
– Dual label reel holders for quick and efficient label changes
– Extremely low glue usage per label application
– To include change parts for 500ml and 2L and glue
* Giemme Thermo Vega 30 Case wrapper and shrink tunnel (2013)
– Output: 30 packs per minute
– Pack formats: 24x500ml, 12x500ml, 6x500ml and 6x2L
* Tosa S.p.a. palletiser and pallet wrapper (2013)
– Output: 5-20 pallets per hour depending on pack format
– Pallet format: 1200×1000
* Logopak case labeller (2013)
– Prints and applies case label (bar code)
