Used Complete PET Bottling Line for Water 2010

The Complete PET Bottling Line fills still and sparkling water in different formats:

3×2 1.5 L Still Water
4×3 0.5 L Still Water
6×4 0.5 L Still Water
6×4 0.5 L Sparkling Water
4×3 0.5 L Sparkling Water
3×2 1.5 L Sparkling Water

The initial part of this PET bottling line consists of a preform tilter manufactured by GENIUS in 2010. Connected directly to the SMI SR8 blow molding machine also made in 2010. The preforms are loaded from the bottom and are transported directly by the neck through the belts.

This is followed by the filling monoblock consisting of a 66-valve electronic isobaric filler with an 8-head capper. The monoblock of this used bottling line marked SMI is complete and has some spare parts.

Immediately afterwards, the P.E. Labellers model Adhesleeve from 2010. Self-adhesive labels.

Starting from the preforms, one then arrives at the filled water bottle with the adhesive label applied and with the cap screwed on. It continues on a conveyor belt passing by the inspector of the FT System model CL700, which checks the level of the bottle,  that in the event of non-compliance is discarded and pushed into an external container.

We have a few meters of conveyor belts all branded SMI from 2010. These create two rows of bottles arranged and sorted, ready to be divided up for the SMI shrinkwrapper model SK 450F from 2011. In this process the wrapping is applied shrink wrap that shrinks and adapts according to the product format around the programmed number and format of bottles.

The whole process is regulated and programmed through automatic touchscreen panels and with a relatively simple user interface.

In the final part of this PET bottling line we find the palletizer, a Cartesian model with roller gripping and with an interlayer system. Palletizing in this system is done in layers until the pallet is completed, which will then be transported to the automatic pallet wrapper with a rotating base which, by rotating, will automatically wrap the entire pallet with the transparent film ready to be loaded.

This used PET bottling line is currently in production, so for those wishing to buy it there is the possibility of seeing it in operation. All manuals are available and can be consulted. All safeguards are available as well.
