Main Component: KHS Blomax Blower
Central to the line is the KHS Blomax 18 blower, achieving a maximum productivity of 32,000 B/H. Included in the equipment are a preform silo, elevator, and unscrambler, plus an air recovery system. Additionally, a new touch HMI (Human-Machine Interface) has been installed, and the machine has been completely overhauled. It has been adapted to work with a single type of neck/preform (e.g., 1L – 30gr. Preform – PCO1881) and comes with a set of blow molds (for example, for 1L beer bottles) and preform chiller.
Compression and Mixing System
Furthermore, operational efficiency is enhanced by a NEA high-pressure compressor, complete with two air dryers, an air tank, and an oil cooler for outdoor installation, ensuring a reliable supply of quality compressed air. Moreover, the mixing of products is entrusted to the KRONES Mixer , with a capacity of 45m³/h, ensuring a syrup-water mix from 1:4 to 1:10 and an hourly production up to 45,000 liters of sweet beverages. The fully automatic internal CIP (clean-in-place) cleaning system, along with dedicated tanks for syrup, degassing, dosing, and mixing, as well as the carbonation tank, optimizes the production process while maintaining high hygiene standards.
Rinser and Filler of the Isobaric filling line Krones
Subsequently, the KRONES Variojet rinser, with two channels and 120 spray valves and a diameter of 4.5m, ensures a nominal output of 32,000 BPH, equivalent to about 9 bottles per second, with a water consumption of approximately 40-80ml per bottle. The fully automatic internal and external CIP cleaning and disinfection and fresh water spraying up to 1 bar pressure ensure the removal of any contaminants. Likewise, the KRONES Sensometic filler, type 132 VP-IM-PET, with 140 filling valves, has been completely overhauled to ensure optimal performance. The filling capacity reaches 32,000 B/H, demonstrating the line’s high efficiency.
Capping and Labeling in the Isobaric filling line Krones
Moreover, the KRONES capper, also with a capacity of 32,000 B/H, ensures perfect bottle closure, while the CLARANOR cap disinfection system, based on peracetic acid, guarantees the hygiene of the finished product. Additionally, the line includes a KRONES Contiroll labeler with two modules, a Velcorin doser for preservative management, and several other components that complete the bottling infrastructure, including laser printers, handle applicators, label control systems, packers, pallet wrappers, and conveyors.
