Built by NERB (ESAU&HUEBER Germany) in 2007
Capacity: 25 hl per brew @ 12° plato

Brewing time:
Milling: 1 hour
Mashing: 2 hours
Lautering: 2 hours
Boiling: 1 hour
Whirlpool: 30 minutes
Cooling: 1 hour

Can produce all types of beers: Pilsner, Lager, IPA, strong beer (17hl / brew at 18° plato)

Automation: SIEMENS S7.
Control system by ZENON COPA DATA (Winbrew / Profibus)

The plant includes:

  • 4 malt silos in fabric (6,5 tons each + hopper for special malts)
  • 2 roll mill (capacity : 500 Kg / hour)
  • Grist case of 800 kg capacity (on weighing scale)
  • Mashing vessel
  • Lauter tune (with Seepex spent grain expulsion system). Malt charge 160 Kg / m2 x 2,27m2= 360 Kg
  • Boiling vessel / whirlpool + Varioboil system (vacuum boiling) with 4% evaporation rate.
  • Automatic hop dosing system
  • 2 stage wort cooler (capacity : 4000 litres / hour)
  • Wort aeration
  • 2 vessel CIP (steam heated) 2 x 300 litres
  • Insulated hot water tank of 8000 litres (internal and external heating system)
  • CERTUS steam boiler (500 kg / hour)
