SIDEL SBO12 PET blow molding machine

The SIDEL SBO12 PET blow molding machine is designed for high capacity production of 18000 bph. It’s technical features include a preform feeder for two cases, elevator and conveyor belt for preforms. Next an additional system for rejected preforms. The process controling the Complete bottling line for PET producing CSD and water, is entrusted to an electrical cabinet with a Siemens S7 PLC. This guarantes precision and uniformity in production. The mold cooling system is integrated to maintain operational efficiency in the Complete bottling line for PET producing CSD and water.

The KRONES Contiroll labeller present in the Complete bottling line for PET producing CSD and water has a capacity of 36,000 labels / hour. It uses a complete bottle neck transfer system, eliminating the need to change parts during format changes. Equipped with an electrical cabinet with Siemens PLC and Krones operating panel, this machine ensures precise and consistent labeling. Yet it includes 18 bottle stations and a dual label roll system. Parmatec Toplight Block 60-80-15 Filling Block

The Parmatec filling therefore block includes a 60-position rinser with double channel for washing, a filler with 80 valves and an AROL Euro PK capper with 15 heads. The bottle neck management system allows format changes without replacing components. It is equipped with a mechanical filling level adjustment system and does not require the replacement of the filling tubes during format change.

TEKAL 40000 lph mixer

The TEKAL mixer, with a capacity of 40000 liters per hour, incorporates a three-tank mixing unit for deaeration, carbonation and final product. Product control is continuous thanks to the MASELLI MISURE system, while the cooling of water and syrup takes place through plate heat exchangers. An electrical cabinet with Siemens S7 300 PLC provides centralized control.

Level Control and Cap Loading System

The FT systems level control system uses a compression-based leak detection method, with a capacity of 30000 bph. The vacuum type ALL GLASS cap loader, accompanied by belt conveyors, ensures an optimized workflow.

SMI Shrink Packagers in the Used complete bottling line for PET up to 18000 bph CSD – WATER

The Complete bottling line for PET producing CSD and water includes two SMI shrink wrappers.
The SK 602P model for multipacks, with a nominal capacity of 60 cycles per minute, and the LSK 32F model for single packs, ideal for transparent films. Both are configurable for different bottle formats.

SIMONAZZI and PIERI Palletizer and Pallet Wrapper

The SIMONAZZI Comby 1 palletiser is equipped with a pallet magazine and applicator of cardboard layers, and the PIERI AVR 310 pallet wrapper with pallet lifting mechanism and rotating wrapping arm. This completes the packaging process. They are controlled by electrical cabinets with Siemens S7 300 PLC, ensuring consistency and precision.
