HPE – HIGH-PRESSURE ELECTRONIC FILLING MONOBLOCK – CROWN CAPPER ALFATEK® Mod. 9/1

This machine is suitable for bottling fermented beer in the autoclave.

The complete bottling line for wine and beer is supplied ready with connection points for air, product, discharge point and electrical connection.

• Max. production: 900/1000 BPH with carbonated product for 0,33l bottles.
• Maximum valves flow rate: 1250 l/h
• Maximum machine rotation speed 400-2000

FILL TANK SUPPLEMENT HIGHLY POLISHED INTERNALLY

A FOAMING UNIT installed between filler and capper is necessary to guarantee a low oxygen pickup in the beer, to eliminate the oxygen present in the headspace

Consisting of:
– High-pressure centrifugal pump with the start command
stop from the touchscreen- Bottle presence unit with Fcl + solenoid valve with liquid control
– Flow rate control via needle valve placed on the pipe water outlet
– 10″ microfiltration housing in 316 stainless steel for the application of a 0.2-micron microfiltration filter, to make the water sterile (cartridge not included in the supply)
