    Description

Used Casepacking Monoblock brand Oma YOM 2006  – 2500 bph

    Monoblock Oma Brand, Consisting Of:

Form carton with single head packer

It can make a case of 6 or a case of 12 bottles.

    Accident protection.

    Painted iron frame.

    There are various formats.

    How does it work?

A Used Casepacking Monoblock consists of two components; a carton former and a cartoning machine.

The carton former opens the carton from the warehouse with a suction cup system and unfolds it under the centring device.

A tape or glue system does not seal the underlying part.

Thanks to the bottle centring device, the two configurations of 6 and 12 are easy to use.

If necessary, it’s possible to replace the bottle gripping head with a universal and adjustable one; this would allow the process of different bottle diameters having a greater number of usable formats.

A bottle can be inserted straight or at an angle of 90 degrees; however, an entry system is always necessary; this provides for motorization and a conveyor to introduce the bottles in an orderly manner.

    Specifications

This allows the buyer to have greater peace of mind in the purchase of the cartoning triblock; a blank or bottle test can be organized in our workshop.

Manufacturing year of the box-making triblock 1996.

Production About 450 cartons per hour of 6 bottles.

There is no taping machine at the output of the cartoning tri-block to seal the upper; and, lower part of the carton. Thus, motors must be used on cardboard exit belts.

The carton can then go to the taping machine to be closed from the bottom and top.

The taping machine must have a flap system; that foresees the pre-folding of the upper flaps to carry out a correct closure of the carton.

On request, we can create a correct layout customized to the needs of the buyer.

DISCLAIMER: The operational status of each machine is monitored on a monthly basis. Therefore we will promptly update the current status of the machine only at the time of your request.
