Used PET Krones Bottling Line for Still Water 16.000 bottles/h
Used Bottling Line for natural water without gas: Krones Still Water PET is still in production and the machinery is in excellent condition.
The PET filling line can produce 0.5 L bottles – 24 bottles with transparent film.
This one and the 3×2 multipack which means he allows you to have 4 packs of 6 bottles each.
The final pack is produced by the last shrink wrapper.
Equipment:
The blow moulding machine of the PET filling line is a Kontiform S rotary machine of the year 2008 with 10 cavities.
One closed circuit chiller is attached to cool the moulds of the Krones Still Water PET.
The filling triblock of the used PET Krones bottling line is Sacmi equipment.
This used filling monoblock can process both still and sparkling water in the PET filling line.
It is a model with a neck grip to prevent crushing of the preform.
It comes with an automatic cap loader and complete equipment for the 0.5 L format.
The labeller of the Krones Still Water PET is a Krones kontiroll type 745 to wrap bottles filled with plastic labels.
Pallet system of PET filling line:
In the Used Bottling Line, there are two shrink wrappers to create the multipack structure with 3×2 x4 bundles.
The first shrink wrapper uses printed film and the second uses neutral film.
At the end of the line, we find the ACMI automatic palletizer which proceeds to pack the bundles.
The pallet of the Krones Still Water PET is divided into various rows with the application of the cardboard interlayer from the automatic warehouse.
It also has empty pallet storage so it can have up to two finished pallets parked.
