Description
Bardi NILO 2 30R
Washing cycle operation:
It starts with a pre-maceration tank and a maceration tank with triple immersion cycle, a station for the extraction of labels, a station for spraying the detergent, a caustic washing station in high pressure recirculation, a station of first rinse in recycling and a station of second rinse in recycling.
The pre-wash section and the water section are in stainless steel, the tanks containing caustic liquids are in mild steel.
The chain with the baskets replaced in 2014, gearboxes and motors in 2018.
The bottle washer is currently in use, it will be available in March 2021.
For washing returnable empty bottles with paper, paper and aluminum labels or without labels.
