Used Cortellazzi Bottle Washer
Used Bottle Washer Machine Cortellazzi model Mantra from 1987 complete with safeguards, manuals and revision documentation.
It can hold up to 1500 bottles, which are filled with water and soda as they pass through the waste trolley. Then it goes into a second phase where they are rinsed. From here on there are a whole series of nozzles that will follow and clean the bottle, both externally and internally, until it comes down to be then carried by the conveyor belt. It can do both hot and cold rinsing with the last one obviously being the cold one.
This Used Bottle Washer, entirely made of stainless steel, was overhauled in 2006. All the chains, the belt loading motors and the Teflon-coated guides for the descent of the bottles have been replaced. It is a unique machine, as at the request of the company it was made of stainless steel already in 1987.
The machine is in perfect working order despite its age. Spare parts are not included as part of the sale; but they are readily available on the market.
