Used Bottle Filling Machine – Complete Line for Beer and Soft Drinks year 2007 up to 10.000 bph

This is a bottling line for filling beer and carbonated drinks into PET bottles, with a capacity of 10,000 bph. It was installed and launched by KHS in 2007, stopped and mothballed at the end of the 2019. She worked on formats from 0.5 liters. up to 2.0 liters. 

ATTENTION – the delivery set does not include: 

– high pressure compressor, 

– labeling machine, 

– inspector of filling and capping, 

– packaging markers.

Used Bottle Filling Machine

1. Blomax 6 PET bottle blow molding machine, 2007, worked on formats from 0.5 to 2.0 liters. Siemens S7 control. Productivity 10,500 BPH. On formats up to 0.5 liters. And 8,500 BPH. In 2.0 liter format. The package includes a cooling system and a pre-form feeding system. 
2. KHS – a set of air conveyors for PET bottles. 
3. PET triblock (rinsing – filling and capping) KHS INNOFIL / PET 55/8 + rinser 36 W, Germany 2007. Siemens S7 control. Rinsing – 36 grippers, filling – 55 taps (and isobaric method), capping – 9 heads. Complete with ECOLAB foam sink. 
4. Beer in-line pasteurizer KZE 180 / T4-72-3 PT 5 with a 15 m3 buffer tank. 2007 year. Siemens S7 control. 
5. KHS—a set of PET bottle apron conveyors with an accumulation table. 
6. DRI-Line bottle dryer, 2007. Siemens S7 control. 
7. Group packing machine KHS – PRIMUS 2007. Siemens S7 control.
   Packing in thermofilm without backing, formats 0.5 liters. (3 x 4) bottle. And formats 1.0 l. and 2.0 l. (2 × 3) bottle. 
8. KHS is a conveyor for product packaging. 
9. Palletizer KHS Innopal PBL Control Siemens S7. 
10. Pallet wrapper Robopack KHS. 2007 Siemens S7 management. The scope of delivery includes a pallet magazine and a conveyor system with a turntable. 
11. Control cabinet and electrical cabinets. 

The equipment of the line is in good technological condition, according to the manufacturer’s requirements, all regular maintenance operations were carried out.
