Description
Used Automatic Palletizer / Pallet Stretch Wrapper
Used KEBER Automatic Palletizer, complete with rotating table pallet stretch wrapper.
This machine has safety features with lateral barriers and is able to handle pallet sizes of 800 x 1200 and 1000 x 1200 mm.
Additional features:
Automatic layer-padding storage
Automatic empty pallet storage
The equipment is still assembled and operational, but is not anymore in production as of March 2021.
The electrical cabinet is situated on the side of the palletizer.
It piles up the different layers of cartons and then in a single movement transports the entire layer upwards according to the chosen palletizing program.
The pick-up head is equipped with a sliding chain system which is introduced by sliding under the cartons.
