Bortolin Kemo Used Automatic Depalettizer model Depalterm SP/02/V;

Having the characteristic of being the first made with the film cutter, the modifications were first tested and developed on this machine. The operator loads the platform onto a roller conveyor and can hold three full pallets.

The operation consists in cutting the first floor by a rotating blade which cuts the top at the height of the flap, thus keeping all the bottles compact. The transfer of the floor onto the internal conveyor belt.

On the first floor, the pallet has a manual flap picker to remove the flaps. On the next floor, with a blade, that cut the nylon and suck. The machine separates all the flaps and pallets, so it has a magazine for them.

The ability of this Used Automatic Depalettizer is to separate plastic from wood and paper precisely is an important ecological feature. Sort them in the appropriate containers.
