New Sleever Machine Nortan Full Body 2022

The new Norton sleever machine is an innovation for the bottle industry. This machine is unique because it is able to apply the full body label on the bottle, including the bottom.

With a capacity of approximately 2500 pieces per hour, this machine is ready to be used immediately, being new and in stock.

The machine enters via an auger, and the bottle is then picked up by a system of special grippers, and brought under the sleever applicator for label application.

Subsequently, the label is thermo-shrinked and closed in the bottom. The operator panel is located on the upper right side, with a small PLC and analog system. The sleeving reel is located on the upper left side of the machine.

As for the dimensions, the width is 2.5 meters, the depth is 1.5 meters, and the height is 2.5 meters.
