Suitable for filling 330ml and 500ml aluminum cans with the same diameter.
Machine features:
The equipment is made of high quality stainless steel 304, it is durable, safe and reliable to use, compact in design, easy to operate.
The filling process is automatically controlled by PLC. This machine is mainly composed of frame, electrical control system, tray, filling valve, beer storage tank, cap turning machine etc.
Process of work:
Cylinder compression ~ gas replacement (the CO2 valve and pressure relief valve are opened at the same time) ~ CO2 pressure backup ~ filling (while the CO2 return valve is open) ~ pressure stabilization ~ pressure relief ~ cylinder rise.
