Krones Used Complete Bottling Line PET 2006
For sale is a complete bottling line manufactured by Krones in 2006. This PET filling line is suitable for still and carbonated drinks and has a capacity of up to 16,000 bottles per hour. The line can accommodate bottle formats of 0.5L, 1.5L, and 2L with an 1810 neck finish.
This line includes various components such as a preform feeding system from Tanner, a Krones PET blow moulder type Contiform S10, a cooling group from KKT Kraus, and an Atlier Francois 40 bar compressor with a capacity of 1700 m3/hour. The line also has an Atlas Copco type ZT18FF 7 bar compressor and dryer.
The filling block has 100 filling nozzles and 9 capping heads. Additionally, there is a 3 vessel CIP, a Nitrodose system from Vaccum Barrier Corporation, a Krones Checkmat bottle inspector, a Krones Contirol Labeler, a Printec dating system, an SMI Shrinkwrapper capable of packaging 12×0.5L, 6×1.5L, and 6x2L packs, and a COMAG handle applicator. The line also comes with a Kettner palletiser with an interlayer applicator and pallet wrapping system.
The line can be used for flat drinks, sparkling water, and still water, and most of the machines were built in 2006. With a speed of 16,000 bottles per hour and the ability to handle multiple bottle formats, this bottling line is a versatile solution for any bottling operation.
