        MAXIDEPAL 5000 layer automatic depalletizer
        The MAXJDEPAL 5000 depalletizer is used for the depalletization of bottles. Works with a push-in system with flat interfaids. Particularly suitable for high production lines, it is equipped in order to work completely automatically. The depalletizer is built and certified according to the CE standards.
        Maxidepal 5000 operation cycle description
        The operator, by means of a forklift, positions the pallet of bottles on a motorized conveyor, managed by an inverter, in order to have a progressive speed and avoid falling bottles, robes for protection nylon manually and safety and enable the automatic cycle.
        The translation trolley is positioned on the first layer to be removed, a series of compactors block the lower layer of bottles.
        To avoid falls, a series of mobile guides block the layer to be removed and a system of pneumatic guides hold the interlayer between the layers in the phase of translation of the layer on the intermediate fixed surface, then it is positioned at the height of the unloading plane completing the translation .
        After this operation, the trolley lifts automatically, freeing the bottles that start at the filling line.
        The depalletizer restarts a new cycle.
        Main Structure
        Made up of sturdy high-strength steel sheet profiles, C-shaped and suitably connected, the upright bases are galvanized to increase their resistance to oxidation, they are adjustable in height to obtain perfect leveling.
        Movement with gear motor managed by inverter.
        Movable layer translation platform
        Made up of a sturdy frame made of suitably compounded and electro-welded profiles, with a tubular panel, covered with shaped stainless steel sheet to facilitate product unloading;
        The chain drive is obtained by means of an oil bath gearmotor, which transmits the motion by means of two pinions fitted on the main shaft.
        Fall-arrest carriage safety system in case of lifting of the lifting chain, by means of pneumatic locking cylinders.
        Plan to store containers ribbons
        Built with a 304 stainless steel press-bent structure, resting on adjustable bases,
        on which the table-top chain or modular belt is mounted depending on the type of container.
        Prepared for outgoing tiling with container transport to the filling lines.
        Motorization of the floor by motovariator to facilitate speed regulation.
        Alignment bench with differentiated speed, to be connected to the filling line.
        Evacuation belt for circular containers
        – Three-way with differential speed.
        – Positioned in the depalletizer outlet, it is a chain belt.
        – Pallet loading roller in line entry
        Warehouse accumulating empty pallets
        The supporting structure is made of metal profiles suitably connected and welded together to a base on which four height-adjustable support feet are positioned. The vertical carriage group is moved by an oil bath gearmotor and runs on two lateral guides.
        The motion is obtained thanks to two chains connected by a driving shaft.
        The pallet support group is mounted on the vertical trolley.
        Accurately sized, the group allows a max. of 10 pallets and a storage of the most varied types of pallets.
        Two invitation guides made of thick sheet metal, properly shaped, allow perfect alignment of the stack of pallets, while two pneumatic cylinders mounted on self-propelled blades, rotating on a pin, allow the pallet to be unloaded.
