    Description

    Glass bottle brush cleaner

    Number of caustic nozzles: 12

    Glass Bottle Brush Cleaner, returnable dairy product bottles are cleaned internally with orientating brushes with this machine.
    On the infeed conveyor, the hot caustic cleaner is dosed to the empty bottles on the conveyor.
    Then, those bottles are turned 90 degrees and cleaned with brushes.
    After that, those bottles are turned 90 degrees again to be upside down.
    Rinser nozzles clean the internal surface of the bottle, no caustic or dairy particles remain inside.
    Then those bottles are returned back to the conveyor and discharged away.
