Complete PET Line for Soft Drinks
Automatic filling line for sweet carbonated and non aerated beverages in PET bottles with a nominal capacity of up to 18 000 PET bottles per hour:
The automatic line is designed for pouring sweet carbonated and non-carbonated beverages into PET bottles with a nominal capacity of up to 18,000 bottles per hour with a volume of 1.5 liters with a low neck (Sort 1881). Equipment PET bottling line from 2002 to 2009 of release, fully operational and is in good working condition, connected to all power sources.
Technical description of the filling line equipment:
Automatic filling line in PET bottles with a nominal capacity of up to 18 000 PET bottles per hour includes a PET bottle blowing machine BLOMAX 12, manufacturer of SIG / KHS and PET triblok METALNOVA 60/84/12 for rinsing and filling products in PET bottles in volume 1,5 liters (Sort 1881) with further packaging and palletizing of packages on euro pallets.
The proposed bottling line is a complete PET line for filling both carbonated and non-carbonated beverages, the line was originally developed for pouring sweet carbonated beverages into PET bottles.
The PET bottling line was installed in 2002, as well as from the new machines of the filling line equipment, and after the overhaul.
Equipment for the PET filling line was periodically serviced by maintaining the relevant logs. Technical documentation is included.
Service was carried out with the replacement of new parts.

- Guaranteed performance of the PET filling line is up to 18 000 PET bottles per hour with a volume of 1.5 liters
- Line equipment stopped in 2016 and not dismantled in working order. The PET line is connected to power supplies.
