Automatic rinsing, filling and capping monoblock model 28/40/4
Bottles:
- Maximum bottle diameter: 118±2 mm.
- Minimum bottle diameter: 55 mm

Maximum working speed with still wine (max temperature 5°C, 750 ml bottles, with pre-evacuation and self-levelling): 7,000 bph. Maximum working speed with sparkling wine (10 gr/lt. CO2 + 20 gr/lt. sugar, max temperature 5°C, 750 ml bottles, with pre-evacuation and self-levelling): 5.200 bph.
Rinsing Machine
Rinser with 28 fixed nozzles: The NOVA 28 automatic rinser is equipped with 28 fixed nozzles. The bottles are spaced out and positioned by the grippers which take them by the neck. The bottles are turned upside down so that the mouth faces down for rinsing. The spray nozzles rinse only when a bottle is present, avoiding wetting adjacent bottles. After rinsing, the bottles are returned to the vertical position for conveyance to the filler.

Capping Machine
DELTA 604 R/S automatic capper: The DELTA 604 R/S automatic capper is equipped with four heads and is used to close cylindrical bottles with a flush-neck cork stopper and a mushroom-shaped cork stopper. The machine is complete with automatic cap distribution.
Isobaric Filler
The isobaric filler is equipped with 40 taps and is used for bottling sparkling and still wine. The tank is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and has a capacity that complies with PED C.E. standards. The taps are made of stainless steel and equipped with degassing valves for correct filling of the bottles. The machine is controlled by a PLC and equipped with a stainless steel switch cabinet with digital display.

Electric motor controlled by an electronic frequency converter (inverter). The machine is equipped with a photocell for detecting the accumulation status of the bottles.
The machine is made in compliance with CE regulations and is supplied with a set of accessories for a single cylindrical bottle format.
