Filling Monoblock

Used filling monoblock:

A filling monoblock is a machine that encloses other machinery in a single block, usually two or more. It usually plays the function to fill and plug the bottles. If a third machine is inserted, a drizzler is also defined for filling tribute. The monoblock is the essential machinery inside the bottling line since it allows to fill and plug the bottles with a single machine. How does it work:

This is located at the beginning of the line; usually, immediately after the depalletizer; in the case of glass bottles or after the blow moulding machine in the case of PET bottles. So once inside the screw, the bottle advances until it is inserted into the star, which aligns the bottles; and at this point, the neck is aligned immediately under a clamp; that takes the bottle from the neck and turns it upside down.  

Filling monoblock for PET:

These types of machinery can be both with the bottle gripping at the bottom and with the neck gripping. the monobloc used for PET is a machine that in the past was made with a deep grip for a dual purpose. An isobaric filling monoblock is composed of a pressurized storage tank, isobaric filling valves that regulate the liquid flow precisely, a pressurization system that pre-pressurizes the containers and a rotary table for moving the containers through the stations filling and closing.
