Description

Automatic wrapping machine with rotating ring with double pre-stretch carriage.

A distinctive feature of the wrapping machines of the GenesisHS series is the exclusive patented system that generates the electricity that powers the motorised pre-stretch units during ring rotation.

This technical solution allows to operate without sliding electrical contacts  minimising maintenance costs, eliminating the problem of wear and  contacts flicker, and allows the machine to be used even in dusty  environments or in the presence of humidity.

Thanks to the design of the support structure, Genesis HS can be easily inserted on existing pallet handling lines.

The machine with double carriage addresses the needs for stabilisation of products coming from very high speed lines.
